No — and it is impossible by design. PROD is technically locked in the anonymisation interface. The module applies exclusively to test environments (UAT, TRN). There is no way, from within ERP Control, to anonymise or modify production data.
Yes. In addition to the pre-built indicators, you can create your own KPIs on any IFS table accessible via ODATA. You define the rule (field completeness, filtered count, ratio), the filtering dimensions, and the alert threshold. No development or SQL required.
At each anonymisation run, ERP Control records the exact configuration used — which tables, which fields, which substitution rules, which user, what time. This snapshot is immutable and stored in the history. Even if you later modify the anonymisation recipe, the history accurately reflects what was actually applied during each past run.
No. All KPI calculations run in the background via Celery — ERP Control's asynchronous task engine. The interface remains accessible and responsive during calculations. A notification alerts you when results are available.
ERP Control covers the technical side — anonymising test environments and tracking operations. Overall GDPR compliance also depends on your organisational processes, your record of processing activities, and your data management policies. ERP Control is a technical compliance tool, not a substitute for a comprehensive GDPR programme. Consult your DPO to validate your overall approach.
